Henny Pinchin

I was born in The Netherlands, attended High School there and moved to England with my family at the end of the 1970's.

I grew up in the butcher trade in Holland and went into farming in Sussex when we moved here.  I have worked in mixed farming, dairy and beef farming as well as the livestock market.  I was responsible for milking 400 cows at the time I met my future husband, James, who I married in the late 1990's.  We moved to Oxford where I did relief milking until our son was born.

We came to Lincolnshire 10 years ago and now run Pinchin's Farm Shop with my husband and some help from my parents-in-law.  We have a flock of sheep and Dexter cattle, all reared for the shop, and we also have free range hens.

I love the open space that Lincolnshire gives and meeting and mixing with the local people.
