St Martin's Church

News and Events:

St Martin's Harvest Service is on October 14th at 9.30am.

We are asking for non perishable produce only.  This is donated to the Grantham Passage.

The Passage is now providing food seven days a week at different church venues around Grantham.

The donations made at our harvest services will be donated to them and they require the following: -

Cartons of full cream long-life milk , porridge oats, Cereal, Sugar, Coffee,   Tea, Small tins of meat/fish, Small tins of fruit,Tinned chopped tomatoes,  Baked beans, Heinz big soup, Mars bars or similar, Cereal bars, biscuits,   Shower gel, Shampoo, Soap, Deodorant, Men’s socks.

They do not have need of pasta or cup-a-soups

If you are able to help then please take to church and place on the work surface behind the door and not in the Foodbank box as that is a separate organisation.

We then have a Holy Communion service on October 28th again at 9.30am.

Please do come to our coffee morning on Saturday 20th October.  This is in the annexe of the village hall from 10.30 to noon.  We have home made cakes, a raffle and bric-a-brac stall.  The latter is to raise money for the Christmas flowers.

The coffee morning in November has been changed to an afternoon event on November 24th 2-4pm.

Please remember that there is a donation box in church for the Foodbank.
