·         Structure of the Parish council explained a new chair will control the meeting.  MoyPark will be invited to come along to the next parish council meeting

·         Newsletter for all parties the EA felt this would be a wonderful way to put information out to the whole of the village.  Residents and Jeanne agreed MoyPark to support by printing news letters

·         Moypark thanked the local community for advising the site of any impact the site has e.g. when a steam valve failed and making noise the site was unaware a local resident reported it we responded to the repair

·         Moypark explained the reduction programme in fugitive odours and noise from site such as the Dolav wash internal of site with the reduction in truck noise

·         EA explained complaints are dealt with on a risk based approach with the need to get the message out to be open and honest this improves relationships and allows factual issues to be addressed.

·         EA explained the need for real time complaints to enable a better investigation for root cause and action programme

·         Parish council were impressed in MoyParks drive to reduce the sites impact and thanked the site.

·         Discussions around the complaint tables Parish councillors asked if we could break down to those who complain MoyPark can and will do this for the next meeting by adding a North, South East and West indicator to complaints.

·         All agreed that Environmental conditions with the individual’s perception of noise and odour play a role on complaints.   However, MoyPark has improved and will continue to review controls on site across all shifts (noted some shifts are not as good as others on controls)

·         HSE team will continue to do anti-social walks and their own testing off site at various times during the day
