Redevelopment of community buildings

Bracebridge Heath Parish Council have been considering for some time the suitability of the community buildings within the parish. Taking into account current and future use of the buildings alongside the projected population growth in the village, Council is seeking your views on whether redevelopment of the village hall and pavilion should be taken forward.

To assist with this, Council have had some plans and proposals produced by local architects. These plans are not final and should be used as a guide to visualise what could be achieved with the buildings.

The need for additional indoor community space is identified through current usage of the facilities and through specific requests from local groups, organisations and initiatives which have been unable to host community events due to a lack of indoor space within the village.

At this stage in the proposals, Council is seeking your views on how these plans should be taken forward, identify any specific needs or desires and determine more clearly the scope of the project.
