Parish Councillors

Maxine Hill (Chair)

Coming from London over 33 years ago to live in this lovely village, I have 3 boys who were all born here and still live locally.  I worked in banking until I moved to Friskney where I joined the local primary school as a Teaching Assistant.  For the last 16 years I have run my own flower shop in Boston.  I support the village anyway I can, as well as being a Parish Councillor for the last 20 years I am also a member of the Village Hall Committee, a Governor at the Giles Academy and as Chair I sit on all Parish Council Committees.  I also love to travel abroad and keep fit.

Kevin Smith (Vice-Chair)

I have lived in Friskney since 1991 with my wife Nick and daughters Alexandra, Harriet and Freya.  After attending local schools, I spent 5 years at Claythorpe Agricultural College.  Since 1981 I have worked on the family farm and am now a partner in the venture.  A former member of Spilsby & District Round Table for several years, I have now moved on to become a member of the Spilsby 41 Club.  As Vice Chair, I sit on all Committees.

Emma Green

Originally from Derbyshire, I moved in 2010 into one of the oldest houses in the village along with my husband Michael and the two youngest of our five grown-up children, Ellie and Ethan.  I have a wide range of different interests and when possible, I enjoy participating in community life, spending time with my ever-growing family and assisting in a variety of fund raising projects for my children’s former primary school.

Pete Holland

Having lived in the village all my life I work on the family farm and have been a Parish Councillor for several years.  I enjoy being involved in village sporting activities where I manage the Friskney football team.  As well as being Secretary/Treasurer of the Sports Association I am also Chairman of the Village Hall Committee.

Stephan Holt

My wife Sue and I have lived in the village since 2002.  Having taken early retirement from over 30 years in the financial industry in London, I now enjoy spending time getting more involved in Friskney village life.  My hobbies include watching sport, walking the dogs and helping to look after the horses.

David Patrick

I have lived and worked in the area since 1990 and was formerly Chair of the Parish Council.  A keen motorsport enthusiast I have also competed myself, mainly rally driving.

David Reeves

I was born and raised in Skegness, where my family have had business connections since the 1930’s.  I moved to London in 1977 where I was employed in the legal profession for 35 years.  My wife’s family have a long association with Friskney, so we moved here when I retired in 2013.  In my spare time, I enjoy photography and cycling.

Richard Scott

I have lived in the village since marrying my wife Jacquie and am currently working as Farm Foreman on a local farm having formerly attended Spilsby Grammar School.  My hobbies include walking and watching football.
