Meetings, Agendas and Minutes

Anyone wishing to agenda a meeting item should contact the Clerk (carol.hatcliff@btinternet.com) no later than one week before each meeting.

You are very welcome to come along and contribute/comment on agenda'd items.  Non agenda'd items can be discussed under "any other business", however these are items for information only.

Minutes are taken at every meeting and are ratified at the following meeting (normally within 2 months).  Draft minutes are published within one month of the meeting - the Clerk is happy to answer any queries - please email as above.

Scheduled meetings take place every two months, normally the second Tuesday of the month at 7pm, although this may change from time to time.   Ad hoc meetings, usually associated with planning applications are called as necessary. 

The annual parish meeting was held prior to our AGM and general meeting on  Tuesday 25 April 2017  - various topics were discussed including regulations regarding discharging septic tanks to waterways, state of road repair in Oasby and the running costs of St Michaels and All Angels

At the AGM, Cllr Richard Peace and Cllr Steven Pask were elected at Chair and Vice-Chair respectively.

The schedule of meetings for 2017 - 2018 was agreed - (these dates may be subject to change): -

Provisionally the next AGM will be 8 May
