  • Neighbourhood watch is a self help scheme and works like this:
Information regarding travelling criminals, bogus officials, door step "salesmen" and serious crimes in our area, etc are passed to the coordinators by Lincolnshire Police, either by E mail or the telephone "Watchline" service, this information is then passed to scheme members by E mail, a telephone 'Cascade' or word of mouth.

The Police may also request information regarding suspect or stolen  vehicles which may have been abandoned in our area.

Advice is available to members regarding home and vehicle security and many home insurance companies offer a 5% discount to members of an active neighbourhood watch scheme.
