Compliments and Complaints
The Council welcomes compliments and complaints about the facilities and services it provides and manages, and these should be directed to the Clerk in the first instance (by email, letter, or ‘phone), or to the Council in person by attending one of our regular monthly meetings. We cannot respond to anonymous complaints, for obvious reasons, so please ensure you provide your name and address details. These details will be kept confidential unless we are under a legal obligation to disclose them to someone in authority, if complaints were malicious or slanderous/libellous for example.
