Calling all Community Groups and Businesses
Our Annual Parish Meeting will take place on Monday 13 May from 5.00pm.
We would love residents to come together to share news of all the good things that take place in our parish.
All community groups, village hall users and local businesses are invited to tell us about their activities in the past 12 months and plans for the months to come.
It is traditional for community group leaders to say a few words but this year we are also offering table space. You may like to have a display that helps showcase your work or projects to the village and you are welcome to bring items to sell.
We would ask that you would set up your table ready for public entry at 5.00pm, when light refreshments in the way of sandwiches, cakes, snacks and drinks will be available.
The running order is likely to be:
- 4pm - Village Hall opens for set up
- 5pm - Doors open to the public
- 6pm - Annual Parish Meeting commences
- 7pm - Room prepared for the Annual Parish Council Meeting
- 7.15pm - Annual Parish Council Meeting commences
We anticipate there will be one table (or the equivalent space of one table) per group. Of course, you are also welcome to simply attend and speak.
Would you please RSVP at your earliest convenience so we can plan the lay out of the room and judge the amount of refreshments needed.
Please send all responses to cllr.lynne.gale@norththoresby-pc.gov.uk
Thank you.
