Meetings

Regular meetings of the Parish Council are normally held on the fourth Thursday of odd-numbered months at 7.30pm. 

All meetings are open to the public and a minimum of three days notice is given on the notice board in the car park of The Old Ship Inn, High Street, Pointon.

Prior to attending to the business of the meeting, there will be a public forum. This will last for three minutes with each speaker being allowed three minutes only.

Parish Council meeting Agendas are finalised three clear working days before each meeting and are available on the Parish Council noticeboard on the High Street.  If you would like an Agenda emailing to you please email: pointonparish@hotmail.co.uk

Pointon & Sempringham Parish Council operates a policy of zero tolerance and as such will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse directed at any Parish Councillor or employee of the Council.
