The next Toynton St Peter Parish Council Meeting is on Wednesday 23rd May 2018, following the Annual Parish meeting commencing at 7pm at the Methodist Chapel, Chapel Lane, Toynton All Saints commencing at 7.15pm

1.         Election of Chairman for the forthcoming financial year -  including signing of declaration

2.         Election of Vice-Chairman for the forthcoming year

3.         To consider any applications for Co-option to vacancies of Parish Councillors

4.         Remarks by Chairman

5.         Apologies for Absence and reasons given

6.         To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests

7.         Notes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 21st March 2018 to be approved as the minutes

8.        Outside Bodies Report

To receive reports from District Councillor(s), County Councillor and Police – for information only. (Any items raised for decision will appear on the agenda of the next meeting).

9.         Highways

Any issues regarding highway matters can be discussed by the parish councillors only but any items raised for decision will appear on the agenda of the next meeting

10.       Planning

No applications have been received prior to this notice but matters that may cause concern can be brought up by council only  

a.         Report on any Planning Information/Decisions

11.       Parish Matters

a.         Memorial Policy – To put into place a policy in regards to having memorials within the village

12.       Insurance

      Resolution to agree to renew

13.       Audit of accounts for 2017/18 Financial Year

a.         Resolution of Section 1 – Annual Governance statement

b.         Resolution of Section 2 – Accounting statement

14.       General Data Protection Regulations

a.         To appoint LALC as the council’s Data Protection Officer

b.         To adopt the Data Map

c.         To adopt the Data Protection Policy, Subject Access Request Procedure, Data Breach Policy and Records Retention Policy

d.         To adopt the Policy Notices

e.         To receive completed Security Compliance Checklists from all councillors

f.          To resolve that the council registers with the ICO and pays the relevant Data Protection Fee

15.       Financial Matters

a.         Financial Report

b.         To approve any payments to be made

16.       Correspondence

      Comments and discussion on any correspondence received

17.       Any other matters for discussion only
