Complaints and Compliments

Bardney Group Parish Council is committed to providing a quality service for the benefit of all.

If you are dissatisfied with the standard of service you have received from this council or unhappy about an action or lack of action by the Council the Complaints Procedure below outlines how you may make a complaint.

The Council welcomes any constructive comments & suggestions on ways to
improve its services. 

Please forward all complaints to the Clerk or Chairman via the parish offices in the first instance or alternatively contact a Cllr.

Please do not approach council staff directly.

Bardney Group Parish Council will not tolerate bullying or harassment by, or of, any of their employees, officials, members, contractors, visitors to the council or members of the public from the community which we serve.
