Agendas are published no less than 3 clear days prior to the formal meeting of the Parish Council. 7 clear days notice is required for the Annual Parish Meeting.

Meetings are normally held at the Ramsden Hall and begin at 7.30pm. It is current practice to have a Public Forum session during the meeting. This is an opportunity for Parishioners to ask questions and for Parishioners and Councillors to share information and thoughts. The session is kept as informal as possible. However if a parishioner has a specific question, suggestion or complaint it should be communicated to the Council well in advance of the meeting. This helps Councillors gather the facts needed and ensures that the matter is dealt with as soon as possible, reducing the risk of the item having to wait unanswered till it can be put on the agenda for the next Parish Council Meeting two months later.
