  • August Planning Committee meeting will only be held if there are any applications to review
  • Agendas and minutes for the Bridge Street Working Group are available on the NDP website, using the link below.
  • There will not be a Finance Committee meeting on 19th June as originally planned - Finance business will be transacted at July's Full Council meeting instead

Agendas provide details of when the meeting will take place and what is going to be discussed, with reports providing more detailed information to help councillors consider the item being discussed.

Reports are usually available to the public (unless they contain legal or sensitive information) and are published under the reports page.

Minutes are the formal record of what was decided at the meeting and who was present. Minutes remain in draft form until they are approved at the next meeting, however the decisions made at the original meeting stand even if the minutes have not been formally signed off at a later meeting.
