Administered within the Church of England's Holland East Deanery in the Diocese of Lincoln, the Church now shares a Priest-in-Charge with the adjacent villages of Friskney and Old Leake as part of the Coastal Cluster.  It is run locally by a Parochial Church Council.

Sunday services, either Holy Communion (normally a Sung Eucharist) or Morning Prayer, are arranged within the Cluster, i.e. if not at Wrangle then at nearby Churches in Freiston, Friskney or Old Leake.  The pattern is for Holy Communion to be held in Wrangle on the fourth Sunday of the month. A combined Holy Communion service for the three churches on the third Sunday rotates around the three villages.

Wrangle Church Sunday services are usually at 11.00 a.m. Coffee mornings are held in the church on the first Saturday of each month from 10:00am to noon.  Special services and fund-raising events are announced in the Events Calendar and the Parish Magazine.
